My Story
As an NCAA Division 1 and professional athlete, I experienced the highs ands lows. 4 knee surgeries within 5 years is one. The surgeries didn’t just challenge me physically but also mentally and emotionally
During my rehabilitation process, I realized our limits are often self-imposed. With the right mindset, we can overcome anything. This changed everything for me, and pushed me to not only recover but push beyond my outdated beliefs.
