FAQs

What is hybrid training?

A training method that combines strength, endurance, and functional movement to build complete, and adaptable performance.

Can I become a hybrid athlete if I’ve had injuries?

Absolutely! I’ve rebuilt myself after 4 knee surgeries. The key is intentional programming that prioritizes recovery, movement quality, and long-term health.

How do you balance hybrid training with a full-time job?

I plan my sessions around work, using time-efficient workouts, and focusing on quality over quantity. The key is consistency and making your lifestyle support your goals, not fighting them.

What does your nutrition look like as a hybrid athlete?

Focus on high-quality protein, nutrient dense carbs, healthy fats , and micronutrients from whole foods. Eat simple, single ingredient meals, avoid processed food & seed oils, and remain disciplined.
